Removing paper waste for bills.

I just got the idea that since it's pretty stupid that we are getting the bills sent by snail mail and paper is wasted it could be smart if you could get a mail. From the mail it could be even smarter if there could be an interface to your online banking payment section so you could pay a bill directly via a link.
